Hi, I'm Heraclio

I am a design leader and strategist with a master's in design and an MBA in design strategy (focused on innovation), bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of design and business.

My career spans working with teams and projects across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. I managed my own design agency for 11 years, co-founded multiple startups, held influential leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Mozilla (Head of Design), Shopify (Growth Design Manager), and All Turtles (Senior Director of Design), and taught design at two prominent design schools. 

Fluent in branding, growth, and product design, I excel at aligning design with business goals, managing high-performing teams, and fostering a healthy, innovative, and collaborative work environment.

I’m all about curiosity and creativity, whether that’s through work, music, or just trying something new. Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, at the beach, hiking, surfing, or hanging out with friends—basically anything that keeps me active and inspired.
