Hi, I'm Heraclio

I am a creative design leader and strategist with a master's in design and an MBA in design strategy (focused on innovation), bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of design and business.

My career spans working with teams and projects across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. I managed my own design agency, "Creatium," for 11 years; co-founded multiple startups; held influential design leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Mozilla (Head of Brand Design), Shopify (Growth Design Manager), and All Turtles (Senior Director of Design); and taught design at two prominent design schools. 

Fluent in branding, growth, and product design, I excel at aligning design with business goals, managing high-performing teams, and fostering a healthy, innovative, and collaborative work environment.

I’ve spent the past four months supporting my family and caring for our second child. Now, I’m energized and ready for new work that challenges and excites me.
