What is Creatium

Creatium – A Global Design & Creative Studio
Founded in 2005 in Caracas, Venezuela, Creatium was a creative and design studio dedicated to crafting impactful brand experiences. For more than a decade, we worked with global brands, S&P 500 companies, and startups, delivering strategic, visually compelling solutions.

We specialize in branding, web design, editorial, packaging, POS materials, motion design, video production, and photography, helping businesses connect with their audiences through thoughtful design and storytelling.

What Was My Role

As the Founder and Director of Creatium, I shaped the company into a trusted design partner for local and global organizations. While leading teams of 10–15 designers and contractors, I balanced business development, hiring, mentorship, and financial management with hands-on design leadership. My happiest place was always working alongside my team, translating strategic goals into innovative, impactful design.

The Team

I managed a team of ~11designers, spanning:

• Brand Designers – Crafting and evolving Mozilla’s visual identity
• UX Designers – Ensuring seamless, user-centered experiences
• Motion Designers – Bringing brand storytelling to life through animation
• Illustrators – Adding depth, personality, and storytelling
• Video producers  – Creating videos, from concept to final delivery.

Cerveceria Regional

Cervecería Regional is a Venezuelan brewery known for producing a range of popular beers and beverages, serving as one of the country’s leading brewing companies.

Flow Kana

Flow Kana is the first sustainable, sungrown cannabis company to embrace the small, independent farm ecosystem. They partner with craft farmers in Northern California, providing access to large-scale processing and distribution. I partnered with Flow Kana to create their branding.

Frigurt from Parmalat

Frigurt from Parmalat is a frozen yogurt product known for its creamy texture and fruity flavors, popular in various Latin American markets.

Yoka from Parmalat

Yoka from Parmalat is a popular line of drinkable yogurt products, known for their rich flavor and nutritional benefits, especially in Latin American markets.

Oreo

Oreo is a globally recognized cookie brand known for its distinctive sandwich of two chocolate wafers with a sweet crème filling.

Cisa

CISA is an Italian company specializing in security and access control solutions, best known for its high-quality locks, cylinders, and electronic access systems.

Living+

LIving is a company within the GSL group, specializing in the production and global distribution of household goods.

Janssen Cilag

Janssen Cilag is a global pharmaceutical company and a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, focused on developing innovative medicines in various therapeutic areas.

Heinz

Heinz is a global food company renowned for its ketchup, sauces, and a wide range of packaged food products.

Johnson & Johnson

Carefree is a brand known for its feminine hygiene products, particularly its line of panty liners designed for comfort and freshness.

LeZuc

LeZuc Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie sweetener made from stevia plant extracts, positioned as a healthier alternative to sugar.

Digitel

Digitel is a Venezuelan telecommunications company providing mobile, internet, and digital services, known for pioneering GSM and 4G LTE networks in the country.

Del Monte

Del Monte is a global food and beverage company known for producing packaged fruits, vegetables, juices, and snacks made from fresh, high-quality ingredients.
