What is All Turtles

All Turtles is a product studio that helps create and scale impactful technology-driven products. It collaborates with entrepreneurs, companies, and teams to develop solutions that address meaningful problems, often focusing on areas like productivity, health, and communication. All Turtles provides resources, expertise, and infrastructure for product development, including design, engineering, marketing, and strategy.

Known for its distributed and flexible model, All Turtles works with teams across the globe, fostering a diverse and collaborative environment. It’s behind the creation of notable products like Mmhmm (a virtual presentation platform) and has a reputation for combining innovation with practical execution.

My Responsibilities

As Senior Design Director at All Turtles, I led design strategy and execution across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that aligned with business goals. I built and managed a talented design team, overseeing hiring and team allocation and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

Balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on design work, I provided vision while diving into details when needed. I managed relationships with partners and cross-functional teams, driving product strategy, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining a high design standard through rigorous quality assurance.

Over the years, I’ve led multidisciplinary design teams that blend strategy, creativity, and execution. My teams have spanned Design Operations, Product Design, Content Design, and Brand Design—bringing together a diverse mix of thinkers and makers.
